Delete your Sdach Ouk account

This page explains how to delete your account in Sdach Ouk (ស្ដេចអុក), the traditional Khmer Chess game for Android, iOS and the web, developed by Nuon Veyo, and what happens to your data.

Option 1: in the app

Open Sdach Ouk on your phone, or the web game at sdachouk.com/play.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
Tap Delete account again to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. If you are in a game that is being played, finish or resign it first.

Option 2: by email, without the app

Email nuonveyo.stu@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion", and include your 9-digit player ID (shown on your profile) or your display name.

We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your display name, profile photo and optional profile details.
Your Google, Apple or Telegram sign-in link. For Sign in with Apple, we also revoke the app's access to your Apple ID.
Your devices and push notification tokens, favorites, blocks, private conversations, notifications, themes and rooms.
Your coins, which can't be restored.

What is kept

Finished games stay in other players' game history, without your name.
Reports you made or that were made about you may be kept for as long as needed to handle them, prevent abuse and fraud, or meet legal obligations.

Deletion can't be undone. Signing in again later with the same Google, Apple or Telegram account creates a new, empty account.
